For all those Pratchett fans who have been constantly asking when we will perform another of his stage adaptations .....in November we will be
performing one of his most popular plays “GOING POSTAL” this involves
quite a large cast so if you have ever considered “treading the boards”
now would be a good time to join us.
We are always looking for back stage members so if you are interested,
then give me a ring on 01702 232683
Sadly in 2017 Sir Teddy Taylor our president of many years passed away.
He had very big boots to fill, but we are very lucky that Elizabeth Elvin, a
local actress who has appeared in films, TV and the West End has agreed
to fill the role . We are all very excited about this and look forward to her
future input into EEP...she started very well by bringing a Magnum of
Prosecco along to our Christmas party !!

Our November production of “A Christmas Carol” by Charles Dickens was a complete sell-out including the extra Tuesday performance that we added; our Associate members were certainly very grateful for their reserved seats!! This was a large scale production involving 28 members including 6 very talented young people, not to mention snow and a star cloth....
Tickets for “Par for the Course” a golfing comedy by Peter Gordon, are now on sale and advertised in the Cliffs/Palace brochure, so not a good idea to delay booking as our shows do sell out.
Our June production “Wife After Death” is now fully cast.
This is a very funny comedy written by Eric Chappell who also
wrote the TV series “Rising Damp” so a brilliant script is awaiting
